In 2000, Benoit Gersdorff supervised the Nero Bianco restaurant in Namur, Belgium. His main mission was to restructure the team and the menu. The restaurant got elected best Italian restaurant of the region a year later.

For ten years, Benoit Gersdorff also worked as a consultant Michelin star Chef figure for La Parole in Hong Kong. La Parole is a high-end French restaurant, where all revenues generated are contributing to Benji’s Centre helping speech delayed children from low-income families.
